Full-Time Workplace Services Manager (Europe)

Role purpose
• This is a key position with COLT’s Workplace Services Team. The person who will be selected for this role needs to be a highly competent hard services, project delivery and critical infrastructure professional that is able to engage and deliver at senior management level and use data to drive Workplace operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Workplace services in Europe and providing hard services/critical infrastructure and project delivery support to the entire portfolio.
Key accountabilities
This is a wide ranging role with responsibility for developing, implementing, supporting and managing all aspects of COLT Workplace Technical services and delivering Workplace services in Europe. Responsibilities, which will include, but are not limited to:
- The development, implementation and management of a CAFM system to manage the day to day Workplace activities and meet strategic objectives set by the Workplace leadership team.
- Collecting and using data to mange the workplace and drive efficiencies.
- The development and implementation of a Workplace project delivery framework.
- Relationship management with key business stakeholders to ensure Workplace services are delivered to fulfil Group and local requirements.
- Management of outsourced shared service delivery partner/s to ensure all services are delivered in compliance with contractual, statutory and HSES standards
- Contract management and governance – implement management framework for suppliers including KPI/SLA monitoring, auditing and reporting
- Hard services asset strategy, maintenance, sustainability/carbon reduction and energy/waste management.
- Establishing and implementing in house statutory compliance assurance/reporting framework.
- Management of in house team to provide services in locations not currently serviced by external vendors
- Providing business case support for Initiatives across the portfolio (business and finance)
- Management of the Property Capital Investment Programme (capex spend) – supporting the delivery, budgeting, tracking and reporting process
- Delivery and tracking of savings against identified Property Initiatives
- Manage PO raising and Invoice Approvals process
- Scoping, design, budgeting, cost control and management of small changes, refurbishment and repair projects
- Management of FM elements of acquisition/disposal projects with Real Estate
- Management and reporting of occupancy information to deliver data to inform demand planning.
- The role will require travel throughout the Group.

- Act as a SME for Workplace hard services and Critical infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Degree level qualification/industry qualification in related FM subject area.
- Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Appropriate qualification in Project Management or equivalent experience.
