Job Description

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator to join our team specializing in parts warehouse duties for our Master Rebuild Center located in Henderson, CO.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Under direct or close supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.

• Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures.

• Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
Identifies and controls non-conforming material.

Delivery
• Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
• Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
• Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
• Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.

Teamwork
• Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
• Completes training in line with business requirements.
• Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
• Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
• Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.
• Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience
• Minimal or no work experience required.
• Due to the manufacturing nature of this opening, all applicants must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently; pushing and pulling a maximum force of 50#.
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Protective Glasses, • Protective Gloves, Protective Footwear as required..

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Compensation Range: $18-$20/hr.
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
