This role….
This role is to support in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse. The main purpose of the role is to complete the successful despatching of orders through our D2C & B2B operations.
What you need to deliver…
• Pick and pack operations for pallet and trade customers including export and UK customers.
• Pick and pack operations for our B2B business
• This is a repetitive pick process. Using small postal packs and delivery labels.
• The work is done individually so the candidate much be a good lone worker operating to tight deadlines.
• Handling of all return products and quarantine areas.
• Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping of the warehouse and additional rooms always.
• Provide all necessary warehouse support to complete daily functions as per the managers requests.
• Supporting with stocktakes daily & monthly.
• Handling stock transfers for all stock movements.
• Supporting with bespoke product packaging and labelling.
• Completing all re-work as directed by the line manager.
• Ensuring that Company Health and Safety and security standards are maintained.
• Ensuring all standard operating practices are adhered to.
• Maintain (at minimum) productivity requirements as directed by manager
What you need to succeed…
• Must be computer literate
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative and forward-thinking ability
• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift experience (Bendi or Flexi advantageous)
• Excellent team player
• Ability to thrive in lone working environment also.
• A “go getter” driven and motivated to succeed and learn.
