Full-Time Value Stream Product Manager (Investor Reporting)
Job Description
SUMMARY
LOCATION
Hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite required. Monday and Friday work from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs, and retirement plans
- Uses knowledge of systems and industry requirements to identify development needs or systems modifications
- Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions, as needed
- Practices open and honest communications with all stakeholders. Acts as servant leader to the organization, may mentor guide and advise on the work of others
- Oversees the delivery of continuous and effective services and ensures completion within budget and in accordance with requirements contractual or other
- Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implements the change, and measures the level of improvement
- Provides support to sales ROI, pricing tracking and prepares and presents new product pricing for approvals
- Works closely with sales to ensure contracts are in place for prospective clients and vendor implementation
- Collaborates with senior management to provide content for market messages, sales collateral, and as needed RFPs
- Provides post implementation client support and administers and tracks client surveys
- Presents product information and industry thought leadership to external audiences in webinars and client conferences
- Acts as a SME by providing industry and system knowledge to ensure team members have a clear understanding of business purpose
- Tracks and manages contractual commitments in partnership with implementations
- May act as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution
- May participate in the determination and approval of service level agreements (SLAs) related to products
- Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings, and internal group meetings
- Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, product marketing, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Requires 5+ years of Agile product owner, business, technical analysis, or consulting experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Black Knight’s products, services, and capabilities
- Strong knowledge of one of more of the following: Investor Reporting, Invoicing, Claims, Servicing Transfer, Document Management
- Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principals used in Lean-Agile framework/development
- Client facing experience and expertise with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in Azure DevOps
- Mortgage servicing industry experience
- Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner across various levels of the organization and varying areas of focus
- Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
- Proven ability to manage multiple large and/or complex initiatives
