Job title: UX Designer
Salary range: £37,246 – £44,685 per annum pro-rata
Type of contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
Location: London, Hybrid
Working hours: 35 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a UX Designer to join our team. This position is based in the Digital team in the Digital Transformation department, and answers to the Head of Digital. You will research our business needs and requirements, and help to ensure our digital platforms are optimised to deliver them. You’ll undertake research, and generate user flows, wireframes, designs and prototypes, and provide actionable guidance for improving the UX of our sites.
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements to optimize our platforms to meet our business needs
Design wireframes, user journeys, wireframes, etc. to illustrate your findings
Make recommendations for improvements, and support their implementation
Conduct testing
About you
This position is well-suited to a candidate who is passionate about developing digital products and platforms that improve the health of women and girls. We want you to love user experience on digital platforms, and to want to both learn about, and help to shape, an organisation’s digital transformation.
Requirements:
- Experience designing and delivering high quality UX/UI design solutions
- Experience planning and conducting user research and associated testing
- Experience using data to shape product improvements
