If you are driven and motivated to become part of a dynamic team, we have an opening for a Transportation Logistics Administrator in Memphis, TN.  Reporting to the Logistics Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for day to day troubleshooting of Transportation Logistics, Reporting, Claims Administration as well as overall logistics support.
 
Your responsibilities may include:
 
     * Coordinate documents, gather and input as well as pull data, prepare reports and address routine information requests.  Assessing quality of the data.
 
     * Gather, compile and verify information and enter it accurately into reports, forms, databases or spreadsheets, manipulating where needed.
 
     * Construct a tale of the business problem, root cause, solution options, and opportunities through illustrating data visually, including reports and dashboards.
 
     * Interpret information relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks, and leverage analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insight
 
     * Respond to routine inquiries related to transportation from external or internal sources.
 
     * Prepare documentation (ie. Bill of Ladings (BOLs), dispatch paperwork)
 
     * Participate as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed.  

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
     * A High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education is required.  Preference will be given to candidates with a Post-Secondary education. 
 
Experience:
     * Proven corporate Administrative experience.
     * Intermediate level skills with MS Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables). 
     * Previous experience working in a supply chain environment.
     * Time management skills are important as this position deals with a high volume of email and phone inquiries. 
     * Proven experience developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
     * Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
