Job Description
ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking to hire a Total Rewards Manager who will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures. This role will ensure compliance and that benefit resources are allocated to support the business’ strategic objectives.

This position may work remotely but must live near one of our Distribution Centers: Pittston, Mount Pocono, Lehigh Valley, Harrisburg, Reading, Lancaster, Milton, DuBois, Greensburg, Ebensburg, Erie, Pittsburgh, Bethlehem, Lemoyne, Houston, PA; Fairmont, WV; Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities Include:
- Plan, design, implement and administer a comprehensive benefits and rewards strategy
- Strategically assess the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives and develop recommendations that better align with business goals.
- Effectively manages and collaborates with vendors and external partners, including benefit brokers and ACCB’s outsourced benefit and compensation partners.
- Manage ACCB’s benefit enrollment technology platform, Empyrean. This includes overseeing the creation of new benefits, creating annual open enrollment, and testing the system.
- Effectively plan and direct the implementation and administration of all benefit plans including annual open enrollment efforts and wellness initiatives.
- Responsible for all ACA compliance and regulatory changes affecting benefit plans to ensure company benefit plans are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for associates and managers regarding all benefit related matters.
- Partner with recruitment and leadership on appropriate total reward packages to recruit and retain talent.
- Develop and coordinate communication strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards.
- Manage performance management, rewards, and recognition programs for the company.
- Prepare annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs.
- Support all compensation planning processes in collaboration with HR, Operations, and outsourced compensation partner.
- Supports the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective.
- Determine and implement metrics that assess and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing Total Rewards programs and new initiatives.
- Manage data in accordance with the company’s record retention policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations.
- Work closely with the payroll team on all benefit and compensation matters including managing file feeds between payroll and our vendors.
- Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
- Other projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Five years prior benefits and compensation experience, preferably with a self-insured medical plan
- 1 year of experience in people and process management
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
