Full-Time Total Employee Health Manager
Job Description

- Fostering and leveraging resources and external relationships and partnerships in support of organizational initiatives and programs;

- Collaborating on organizational efforts and initiatives;
- Leading by example and providing guidance;
- Proactively monitoring health and benefit programs, trends, and best practices, making recommendations and implementing new and revised procedures and guidelines;
- Managing daily employee benefits, wellness, and leave program operations and administration in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations and Cary procedures and guidelines;
- Supporting workers’ compensation and employee safety functions;
- Supporting Human Resources technology-related processes and technology needs;
- Supervising and developing Total Employee Health team members;
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
