Full-Time Third Party Risk Analyst III
Job Description
LOCATION: This job is fully remote eligible within the United States. If located in Jacksonville, FL some onsite may be required.
SUMMARY
Responsible for developing, implementing and ongoing governance of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) organizations Program Governance and Quality Assurance functions. This includes but not limited to,
Standard repeatable process to generate risk-based reporting and analytics
Act as admin for systems, tools and data provider that supports TPRM, both internal and external
Ensure compliance with TPRM program policy and standards and quality is maintained
Provide guidance, assistance in on-going training and awareness activities across the enterprise
Support and assist with all internal and external audit/exam related inquiries
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate on-time, accurate, insight driven reporting to all levels of the organization
Ensure data validation and quality assurance process is in place for continuous validation
Perform root cause and trend analysis to identify key risk indictors and/or improvement opportunities
Develops complex data models in order to synthesize data and support fact based objective decision-making processes
Day to day management of applications, tools including tracking and managing outages, upgrades, maintenance
Help design and assist with system configuration/management based off priority
Act as the relationship owner of third party providers used by TPRM
Responsible for designing and performing quality assurance to ensure all controls are in place and working accordingly
Gather, review, and approve all documentation/evidence prior to sharing for audits purposes
Periodic review and updating of program documents and standard responses/evidence that is provided to clients and regulators
Responsible for presenting on site client/regulatory audits
Ensure training manuals and playbooks are reviewed and updated at least annually
Coordinate and/or Perform “Lunch and Learn” sessions to offer continuous education around new TPRM processes or Emerging Risks
Performs other related duties as assigned
May require occasional domestic travel as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Regulatory Vendor Program Manager certification is preferred
3 or more years of experience in Third Party Risk Management
Previous experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Operational Risk
Advanced experience in reporting, analytics, and/or dashboarding using PPT, Excel, Tableau, Python, and/or Power BI
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certification such as, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CTPRP etc.
Previous experience as system administrator in Process Unity or One Trust or Archer or other TPRM tool configurations
Advanced knowledge of OCC, FFIEC, FDIC, and CFPB regulations, guidelines regarding TPRM with working knowledge and experience of NIST, COBAT, COSO rules, and expectations
Experience in independent assessment/audit including site assessment; negotiations or contract review experience. Experience ensuring business units managing vendors adhere to both contractual obligations and regulatory requirements (FFIEC, OCC, FRB, and CFPB)
Knowledge of infrastructure, key processes, and technology-oriented risk issues, specifically around security and privacy
Experience of working with a diverse range of data sources/streams and managing these effectively
Extensive knowledge of risk methodologies and techniques.
Previous experience in project management and/or leading large and complex projects
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop relationships with business units, especially as it relates to operations and technology.
Ability to provide information to a wide variety of audiences regardless of topic and effectively deal with issues that are confidential and sensitive in nature
Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence others to get buy-in and support
Ability to synthesize large data set and identify key theme or defects in process
Excellent communication skills – verbal and presentation to all levels of the organization
