Job Description
The Skillset
- 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical roles like Software Engineers, Security Engineers, Software Architects, DevOps, etc
- Excellent written and oral communication skills – you’ll be working with multiple hiring managers, communicating directly with candidates, and crafting email outreach and job descriptions
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems (we use Lever!)
- Creative recruiting solutions to help build a fast-growing technical organization
In 30 days, you will…
- Get to know oak9! Learn about our systems, processes, people, and vision
- Become intimately familiar with cloud service provider offerings and security considerations associated with them
- Conduct Recruiting Kickoffs with hiring managers to align on the candidate profile and interview process
- Begin recruiting for your first hires!
In 60 days, you will…
- Build job descriptions for new positions
- Iterate and make improvements to the oak9 candidate journey
- Advise and construct interview assessments to bring objectivity to our evaluations and reduce bias
- Help create interview training for new and experience interviewers
In 90 days, you will…
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities
