We are looking for a talented Technical Publication Specialist to join our team specializing in Marketing for our New Power Business Segment/New Power Business Unit in Santa Clara, CA.

• Customer Technical Problem Solving – Solves problems by leveraging industry standard and Cummins’ product specific methodologies to determine the assignable cause within appropriate time constraints
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Utilizes tools such as: Word, photo shop to prepare Operator Manuals, First Responder Cards for external users audiences for Fuel Cell vehicle demonstrators in field test environments.
• Create Fuel Cell centric materials for publishing, reference materials for training content, identification of critical fueling and operational safe guards for end use customers.
• Ownership of content targeting key audiences attention and responsible for content expert reviews for the accuracy of all manuals and first responder’s cards published.
• Analyzes Engineering Bills of Material established in Arena Product Life Management (PLM), build procedures and design reviews for technical operation manual needs, requirements and outlines to establish timelines for Fuel Cell Technical Publication activities.
• Provides support in technical publications for back log of content activities for Customer Care organization when needed.
• Provides support to build instructions when back log of content activities for manufacturing integration team.
• College, university, or equivalent degree in engineering or a related subject required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
