We are looking for a talented Team Manager (2nd Shift) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Power Systems Business based in Seymour, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Develops talent – Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals.
* Working onsite on the plant floor
* Collaborates – Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
* Continuous Process Improvement – Recognizes areas in which a process can be improved by properly implementing process improvement and waste reduction methodologies to reduce process cost and improve quality in current manufacturing processes.
* Directs work – Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* 10+ years of previous and relevant work history in lieu of degree
* Degree preferred with 2+ years of experience
* Solid and stable work history
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
