Full-Time TC&C Diagnostic Test Team – Senior Engineer – 21000163

Job Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Can work cross-functionally with a broad range of Product Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, System Performance Integration (SPI) and Current-Product engineering teams
• Learn to run performance test cells, run emissions tests, analyze data and present results
• Learn the fundamentals of engine and after treatment system performance and diagnostics.
• Expectation within the team is that as engineers become more experienced, they will mentor the less-experienced engineers on the team, providing the opportunity to grow their leadership skills.
• Experience gained in the Diagnostic Test Team can lead to other opportunities within Cummins such as Diagnostic Leadership, After treatment Integration, and Combustion Performance and Emissions roles.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Prior entry level engineering equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area is required. Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.
• Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
• Experience consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
