Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Operations Management Analyst to support the growing Cyberspace Operations Support Functional community. We are looking for someone who has experience in Federal Talent Acquisitions and Management, as well as someone who is a quick learner, proactive, and a great communicator. What you will do 

  • Plans, organizes, and facilitates the Talent Acquisitions needs of the supported organization, ensuring that human resources functions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet internal team and external candidate and recruiting needs
  • Develops and recommends Talent Management policies and guidance to the organization, with a focus on a community of feedback, enhancing culture and Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Researches, interprets, analyzes, and applies effective Talent Acquisitions and Talent Management processes, procedures, and policies to keep our Federal workforce current with the commercial Tech industry.
  • Provides management advisory service on a continuing and as-needed basis.
  • Represents the organization at a variety of local and abroad Department of Defense organizations/communities.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of internal management, media and communications team, and internal and external human resources personnel.
  • Serves as the expert in Federal Talent Management policies, programs, and processes and their application to complex situations encountered, particularly for Cyberspace Operations Support.

Who you are

  • You are a quick learner.
  • You are comfortable with a fast-paced office environment.
  • Fluent/capable of learning G-Suite and Greenhouse ATS (a plus, but not required)
  • You have the ability to multi-task and are proactive.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills, and can provide outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge or past experience with Federal Human Resources Management
  • Specialized experience: includes two years of experience recommending and implementing guidance in Federal human resources management such as effective workforce recruitment or conducting human resource management studies and organizational analyses.
  • You are a U.S. citizen and are eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (see eligibility requirements here)

This is a Federal civilian service position within the United States Air Force. We are hiring at the equivalent of a GS-12 up to GS-13 level for this position. This means you can expect a base salary of $66,829 to $103,309 multiplied by your locality rate, based on your experience. You can find your locality definition here and see the pay tables for the GS scale here. This support role is for the Dayton, OH/Wright Patterson AFB locality, so you can expect a salary between $79,647 and $123,124. Regular and reoccuring telework will be available, however not 100% remote, so the candidate must be in the Dayton, OH area. Relocation assistance is available.
