We are looking for a talented Supply Planning Analyst Senior to join our team specializing in Supply Chain for our Global Supply Chain segment in Columbus (Indiana) / your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Coordinating inventory optimization activities on a global scale (analysis and execution of inventory repositioning within the Company)
• Owning Special Care/Strategic Stocking Tracking, Management & Reporting activities
• Executing Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization and any stocking strategy that will need to be implemented in the network
• Producing various Supply Chain reports for diverse stakeholders
• Leading various initiatives, working alongside with cross-functional teams (DBU, Order Management, Commercial teams, Advanced Analytics, Inventory Governance) to improve supply chain KPIs

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Planning Data Extraction and Analysis – Extracts, transforms, models, interprets, and presents planning data with the goal of mining useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting value creating decision making
• Collaborates – Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Optimizes work processes – Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Global perspective – Taking a broad view when approaching issues, using a global lens.
• Materials KPI Management – Operates in relation to recent or historical outputs as compared to expectations of the organization to determine next steps to drive improvement; assesses gaps to the supply chain performance against the expectation of achieving target deliverables; interprets KPIs to understand end-customer impact; strategically balances trade-offs to influence one KPI while minimizing the impact to others.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
