We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Team Manager to join our Components department. This role is based in Columbus, IN .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Eliminating potential supply chain failures as part of the daily planning process
• Championing preventive practices to eliminate expediting to supply chain leadership as appropriate to prevent problems
• Leveraging common process tools and information systems.
• Approving system strategies and advising on changes to planning systems parameters as required
• Analyzing and interpreting KPIs to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
• Collaborating with functional stakeholders to mitigate mid-term supplier or customer constraints
• Leading and coaching supply chain planners and order management team and ensure they continuously demonstrate customer support excellence
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors’ Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject along with 5 years of relevant and applicable experience
• Experience managing Customer Order Management staff to ensure that resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are achieved
• Experience managing customer inquiries to identify recurring user problems
• Experience developing solutions, and identifying where Order Management processes can be improved
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
