DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Leader (Director) to join our team specializing Logistics Management for Cummins Corporate Business Segment which is based in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is a Hybrid role and can be performed from your home office with up to 25% travel.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Anticipate, recognize, facilitate, and coordinate the resolution of cross-functional supply chain challenges impacting business unit and or Customer
• Initiate and influence relationships with key stakeholders involved in the management and implementation of supply chain strategy(s)
• Responsible for team financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting
• Responsible for fostering a high performing, highly accountable team environment while supporting the Integrated After Market Supply Chain organizational structure
• Champions an analytical, data centric culture, driving competitive advantages through speed, scale, and agility
• Defines the strategy for global integrated aftermarket supply chain, including materials and cross functional logistics operations
• Owns, develops key performance indicators of end-to-end global integrated aftermarket supply chain
• Directs, manages, and leads all functions of both volume and capacity planning
• Ensures internal and external customers’ expectations and requirements are met while ensuring supply chain optimization
• Standardize continuous improvement and best practice implementation for global processes ensuring future state readiness and dependability
• Ensures capacity is continually available across the aftermarket network

• Communicates effectively – Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Drives engagement – Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives

Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or Supply Chain required
• Advanced degree desired (MSA/MBA, MEng)
• Deep technical knowledge in supply chain functional excellence (APICS certificate a plus)
• Ideal Candidate has 10+ years of aftermarket planning, S&OP experience and direct, hands on end-to-end Supply Chain leadership
• International and cross business unit experience in a highly complex, matrix organization

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
