Full-Time Strategy Director – Filtration (Hybrid)
Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Strategy Director to join our team specializing in Strategy & Market Intelligence for our Filtration Segment in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid role with regular travel to Nashville.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Leads and directs multiple business strategy projects that produce recommendations for addressing major strategic issues, identify major growth opportunities and develop business plans for realizing these opportunities; projects may involve the creation of a new business venture, such as a joint venture, equity alliance, acquisition, etc.
* Leads and directs teams in the design and development of strategy.
* Works closely with the COO, Executives and their staff, Board of Directors and other key internal and external stakeholders.
* Communicates complex strategy topics clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences through both written and oral communication.
* Anticipates needs of the business with a strategic mindset; applies strategic frameworks to analyze problems and develop solutions.
* Drives continuous improvement for the strategy function to drive consistency and sustainability.
* Determines incoming project prioritization, develops, manages, motivates, coaches, and mentors staff; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates work assignments considering project demands, employee skills and development needs.

Strategy Core Project Output Creation – drives project output through an insight-driven approach that is founded on efficient and prioritized usage of the resources, and high-quality, credible research and analysis.
Education/Experience
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent degree preferred
* Deep strategy knowledge in industrial markets required. Filtration industry experience desired.
* 5-7 years pure strategy experience
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
