Role overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join our HR Strategic Hub which is newly created team following the first phase of an organisation wide transformation project.
As the Strategic Business Partner aligned to Directorates you will a trusted partner to the Executive and Senior Leadership teams supporting them to achieve goals through strategic actions.
This will be an exciting time to join the team to help shape the future of the organisation being an integral part of the interesting and exciting projects we are striving to improve for the residents we serve.
If you have a background and skill set of operating and delivering within a strategic HR role or have the required background experience and desire to take the next step in your career, with a drive to be solutions focused and the ability to manage change effectively, we would love to hear from you.
