Part-Time Spring 2025 Events Intern
Job Description
The Events Intern will assist the event team with coordination of any Events;
primarily working our Wish Ball and Kids for Wish Kids events.
Each intern is supported by the Human Resources Manager, who manages the internship experience.
This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Assist with the above mentioned events. This will consist of procuring items, completing the item
intake process (in‐kind donation forms), photographing items,
Discovery, cultivation and stewardship of event participants and supporters.
Post event follow up and acknowledgement.
Provide administrative support for events department.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent project management, customer service, and communication
Ability to work quickly and independently.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
Minimum of 15/20‐hour work week preferred with potential for weekend hours per event
schedule.
Passion for the Make‐A‐Wish mission.
