Spa Attendant, Kohler Waters Spa Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. Specific responsibilities of a spa attendant include: - Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
- Attending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
- Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms
- Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
- Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
- Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
- Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
- Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest’s needs
- Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests
This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends with shifts primarily between 1:00pm and 9:00pm. Skills/Requirements - Prior computer experience helpful
- Customer service related experience required
