We are looking for a talented ServiceNow HR Manager to join our team specializing in Cummins Corporate – Human Resources for our HR Business Segment in Nashville, TN.

 

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

 

• Manage the definition of implementation specifications and requirements for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert to connect business needs and strategic goals to solution capabilities and best practices.

• Coordinates the development of solution deliverables, including executive summary read-outs, analysis and change management activities. Facilitates the socialization of solution designs, concepts and demos to stakeholders.

• Oversee HR workflows, business rules, and UI components configurations. Collaborate with others for the deployment, enhancements and changes as needed to common platform elements (e.g., Employee Service Center, Virtual Agent).

• Assist in development of common reports to support customer requirements. Perform analysis to ensure data integrity and service delivery standards.

• Lead the operational support of ServiceNow HRSD.

 

Education, Licenses, Certifications

University, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience (6 plus years) required.

 

Experience

Previous experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD functionalities for mid-size to large organizations.

• Experience developing ServiceNow services and service portal pages.

• Relevant knowledge on project and service management practices.

• Experience with data migration and system integrations with ServiceNow.

• ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or HR Service Professional certification preferred.

• Proactive and able to work with multiple teams and stakeholders balancing priorities per strategic objectives. Able to communicate and understand concepts and ideas with diverse groups of people across functional areas.
