Job Description

  • Keyword Research & Analysis: Identifying relevant keywords and phrases that potential customers use to search for products or services related to the website. This includes analyzing search volume, competition, and user intent.

  • On-Page Optimization: Optimizing website content and HTML source code to improve search engine rankings. This includes:

    • Optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, header tags (H1-H6), and image alt text.
    • Ensuring content is high-quality, relevant, and engaging.
    • Improving website structure and internal linking.
    • Ensuring the website is mobile-friendly and loads quickly.
  • Off-Page Optimization: Building the website’s authority and reputation through external activities. This primarily involves:

    • Link Building: Acquiring high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
    • Social Media Engagement: Promoting content and engaging with users on social media platforms.
    • Online Reputation Management: Monitoring and managing the website’s online presence.
  • Technical SEO: Ensuring the website is technically sound and easily crawlable by search engines. This includes:

    • Managing robots.txt, sitemaps, and canonical tags.
    • Improving website speed and performance.
    • Ensuring the website is secure (HTTPS).
    • Fixing crawl errors and broken links.
  • Content Strategy: Developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals. This may involve creating blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other types of content.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Tracking and analyzing website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Reporting on progress and making data-driven recommendations.

  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. The SEO landscape is constantly evolving.

  • Collaboration: Working with other teams, such as content creators, web developers, and marketing teams, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the board.
