Full-Time Senior Training & Technical Assistance Specialist (Victims Services)
Job Description
ICF seeks a Senior Training & Technical Assistance Specialist professional to support an Office of Justice Programs (OJP) project supporting grantees in U.S. Territories – Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa.
Candidate will have experience working on victim service assistance issues and expertise in providing training and technical assistance to victim service providers. Individuals must demonstrate a knowledge of national trends and initiatives, cultural sensitivity, effective program and project implementation, and current research on evidence-based practices and programs. Specifically, TTA specialists will perform a range of analytical, writing, problem-solving and related work in support of training and technical assistance (TTA) activities. TTA support includes responding to field requests for technical assistance, working with the team to develop resources and training materials, and evaluating curricula and training.
Travel may be required.
