This is an exciting opportunity in Galesburg, Michigan for a Senior Project Manager
Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
• Lead global cross functional teams on multiple projects to support ECJV portfolio execution; owning project scope, cost and overall timing.
• Manages tracking and communicating performance against the program metrics with senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Manage and resolve risks that come up on a daily basis and looking into the future to mitigate future risks to projects; ability to find quick resolution.
• Manage multi-million dollar budget including engineering expense and capital
• Actively captures and shares best practices within project team and program management team to foster a continuous learning environment.
• Can motivate a team and successfully drive for results through others.
• Clearly able to communicate and quantify program trade-offs when making decisions
Experience
• 7-10+ years of project management experience with leading teams and executing projects on time
• Significant level of team leadership experience
• Lead global cross functional teams on multiple projects to support ECJV portfolio execution; owning project scope, cost and overall timing.
• Experience planning large global programs, working through ambiguity and developing a clear project scope.
• Manage and resolve risks that come up on a daily basis and looking into the future to mitigate future risks to projects; ability to find quick resolution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate to all levels of the organization on program status
• Managing multi-million-dollar budget including engineering expense and capital
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Additional certifications such as PMP
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree
