Full-Time Senior Portfolio Manager
Job Description
As the DES Senior Portfolio Property Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of an assigned portfolio of on and off campus state properties across five counties. You will lead a team of Facilities Planners and other facility staff responsible for the care, custody, and financial performance of a portfolio of buildings and property, including ensuring proper care of the roof, heating and air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, electrical and other building systems as well as compliance with numerous safety regulations and maintenance standards. You will also oversee and manage the DES Work Management Center for all DES managed assets that support the in-take of service requests from customers. This position is critical for ensuring the portfolio property management teams deliver the services necessary to satisfy customer expectations, maintain data governance and ensure the long-term health of the properties they manage.
In addition, this position will oversee and manage the Work Management Center ensuring 24/7 customer support, accurate billing, work dispatch and incident reporting for the agency.

Additionally, you are able to exercise independent judgement and discretion to decide which work methods to use, tasks to perform, and procedures to follow to meet work objectives.
