We are looking for a talented Senior IT Application Analyst to join our team specializing in Oracle MFGT & Supply Chain for our Filtration in Nashville, Tennessee

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Analyzing and evaluating application functionality and provides recommendations to increase utilization of standard application functionality to improve business processes and capabilities
• Determine and document optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications; configures and verifies application setup and configuration
• Develop expertise in emerging application and solution trends and functionality; provides functional recommendations for assigned applications and systems.
• Conducting analysis of potential application solutions, identifies and recommends solutions to address functionality gaps in the application.
• Provide level 3 support to Business users as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in change review board governance that monitors Set ups, Configurations and new requests for the Oracle EBS environment.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant vendors; works with vendors to improve application functionality and resolve functionality issues
• Partner with process owners, business analysts, systems analysts and architects to gather, document and review functional, architecture and technical requirements and define application functional designs.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be succesful in this role you will require the following skills:
• Proven ability to effectively work with global program/project leaders, project teams and Cummins Filtration Business Unit IT leadership to meet project deliverables; including implementing projects on time, within budget, and meet the needs of the business customers.
• 3- 5 years’ experience within comprehensive application functionality.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at anyone time.
• Capable of identifying and using latest technology to provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers in the most cost-effective way.
• Ability to provide subject matter and configuration expertise for the Oracle EBS Order Management and Logistics modules and associated business processes.
• Capacity to effectively work with Functional Excellence leaders and other key Business Customers to implement and support common global business processes in Oracle EBS.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
