Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior HRIS Learning Analyst to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Corporate Business Unit from your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Manages the testing and implementation of new solutions, system patches and enhancements; ensure documentation of issue resolution.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on the design of new and changing technology enabled business processes and evaluates the end to end impact.
• Data Analytics – Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.
• Global perspective – Taking a broad view when approaching issues, using a global lens.
• Optimizes work processes – Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Builds networks – Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of learning experience and 5 years of related professional experience in the HR space is required.
• Experience in building reports and/or SQL knowledge.
• Have worked in a capacity to support Business in a Learning Management system such as SABA, Oracle Fusion and/or other platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
Base salary range: $77K – $107K
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
