Senior Engineer Ignition Development

We are looking for a talented Senior Engineer Ignition Development to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business based in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Responsible for development of ignition control modules including interfacing with the engine control module
• Development and ownership of system-level diagnostics to meet OBD requirements
• Providing support for software and calibration development as necessary
• Various projects involving new product development
• Current product trouble shooting and problem solving

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree required
• OBD experience a plus
• Hands-on experience with various equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators and data acquisition preferred
• Previous work experience with spark-ignited engines and/or ignition systems is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
