We support multiple key business areas including executive leadership, business insurance analytics, sales analytics, finance, and data-driven product development.
This position is a salaried, exempt and full-time role. This is a US Hybrid/Remote role, with the option to work from any of Newfront’s offices. #LI-Remote.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive metrics tree to track business performance across the organization
- Conduct deep-dive analyses for executive leadership on strategic business questions and opportunities
- Enhance and optimize our sales analytics capabilities to improve revenue performance tracking

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or data science roles
- Expert-level SQL skills for complex data manipulation and analysis

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, and similar modern data stack technologies
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design

How to Apply
The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at commencement of employment is expected to be between $168,800 and $211,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
