| Senior Banquet Captain, The American Club Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Join our top-rated food and beverage teams and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service—growing your skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling methods, and restaurant operations. Specific responsibilities include:Supervise banquet staff during assigned banquet functions.Supervise the set-up and breakdown of all functions.Follow all instructions stated on the Banquet Event Order.Remain on the banquet floor at all times except when necessary to perform the required administrative duties.Continually train banquet staff on service techniques.Supervise Set-Up staff and Bartenders. This is a Full Time opportunity, working shifts vary from 5:00am till 12:00am. Weekends are required. Skills/Requirements - High school diploma required.
- Food Service and leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain liquor license required.
