Full-Time Senior Analyst, Government Reimbursement Analyst
Job Description
The Government Programs Reimbursement Senior Analyst is responsible for a range of activities related to the Government Programs, including State Medicaid, Coverage Gap, 340B program, TriCare, & IFF. These activites include review of contracts and payment terms, compiling program data for review, and proposing bids for pricing for potential future contracts. This position is a primary contact for States and involves communicating with Federal, State, and Local Government officials as well as UCB internal personnel.
You like to work in an environment where you can:
• Review payments and determine aberrations which warrant further inquiry,
• Audit outstanding Medicaid Rebate Claims and discuss findings with appropriate States with the intention of resolving any outstanding issues,
• Create analysis based on states, products, and programs and sharing that information with management to alert them of any trends or aberrations,
• Support government field personnel with product and state specific Medicaid information.
You will contribute by:
• Forecasting and trend modeling of contracting scenarios
• Providing detailed calculations for product pricing and market competitor analytics
• Ensuring contract terms and conditions are accurate including (but not limited to): Program, Product, URA, PDL (if applicable).
• Creating data visualization of modeled data, and preparing presentations for leadership based on data results and strategic analysis
• Analyzing, summarizing and interpreting results and makes recommendations regarding the need to dispute any submission.
• Writing or drafting correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written materials to internal and external customers.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience with contract proposals, modeling/forecasting, and post-contract analysis
• Expert level proficiency with Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
