LOCATION
Hybrid work from either our Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA office is required with flexibility to work remote up to 2 days per week. Relocation assistance is available.
JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION
Responsible for performing SAP Business Objects Administration which includes, installation, patching, updating and troubleshooting for Black Knight.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Installs, maintains and upgrades SAP Business Objects (BO / BOBJ) used for designing and developing company products
Deploys new SAP Business Objects reports and configurations across Black Knight environments
Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system
Monitors usage and performance
Trains personnel on system usage
Troubleshoots server, software and hardware issues for SAP Business Objects
Assists with recommending, scheduling and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs
Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products
Performs other duties as required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Typically requires six (6) or more years of demonstrated experience
Experience with SAP Business Objects (BO / BOBJ)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience with SAP Business Objects installation, patching, updating and troubleshooting
Experience with Windows Server Administration and/or Microsoft IIS Administration
Experience with Apache Http and Tomcat Servers
Understanding of databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
Familiar with CI/CD processes in an agile software development life cycle (SDLC)
Understands data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting
Data processing practices and procedures
Knowledge of technical writing principles and practices
Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
Skill in software installation and maintenance
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public
