Job Description
We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team specializing in Hydrogen for our Hydrogenics business.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Developing opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers.
• Developing new customer relationships and strengthens current customer relationships that enable identification of a customer’s needs, business model and buying process.
• Building customer relationships and achieve sales goals within your sales territory, market segment or channel partners.
• Conducting negotiations according to company guidelines, including payment terms and assisting with collection of accounts receivables when needed.
• Driving sales, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to generate future sales and repeat business and responding to customer concerns in a timely fashion.
• Reporting activity via the Customer Relationship Management tool per management direction and producing sales forecasts as directed.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Must have technical sales experience (Ideally within Hydrogen / Renewable Energy / Oil and gas industries)
• Preferably holding a degree level qualification (But not essential)
• Must speak English (Written and verbal)
• It would also be beneficial if you spoke any other EU languages (Preferable Dutch or French)
