Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Treasury Prime, you will drive Treasury Prime’s future growth by working with the Account Executive team to qualify and build the pipeline. You are passionate about speaking to people and can identify great new opportunities for Treasury Prime. You love being in front of people and are expected to meet a daily activity volume of interactions with prospects while staying organized. You are focused, thoughtful, curious, and self-assured. In addition, you seek to understand, are patient, and have a strong desire to learn.

 

As a Sales Development Representative, you will gain expertise and experience in prospecting and selling and mentorship and training from a team of leading entrepreneurs and sales experts. In addition, you will fully participate in the sales process, pipeline development, prospecting, and relationship-building skills quintessential for a successful career in technology sales.

*Please note this role is expected to be 100% on-site and work from our SF office.

 

You will:

  • Qualify and proactively engage new contacts and accounts that have inquired about Treasury Prime
  • Be a positive first impression with our prospects
  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound strategies to set qualified meetings
  • Actively test and employ new inbound and outbound campaigns and content
  • Work closely with the sales team helping bring prospects from apt to closed business
  • Actively engage 100+ contacts per day across email, LinkedIn, and other channels. We are not a cold call first organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM (soon to be Salesforce)
  • Become proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and other sales tools
  • Become a product expert of Treasury Prime and seamlessly verbalize our value proposition

Accountabilities:

  • Daily and weekly activity metrics
  • Inbound lead SLA times
  • Quantity and quality of discovery meetings scheduled
  • Qualified sales opportunities resulting from inbound qualification and personal outbound efforts
  • Achievement of professional development milestones in preparation of promotion to AE or other roles within the organization

  • You have experience with banking, financial services, or fintech
  • You have experience working with complex products
