We are looking for a talented Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business in Rocky Mount, NC / your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• The role will include but not limited to: Documenting findings during tear downs Compiling Failure analysis summary reports and presenting to a cross-functional team Recommending corrective actions to prevent repeat failures Identifying emerging quality issues through warranty data analysis
• Leading product improvement investigations and projects as appropriate
• coordinate analysis activities for failed engines to determine root cause and drive corrective actions at the plant level

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Engine background and/or motor sports background highly desired
• 1+ years relevant work history
• College/University degree required

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
