This is where you come in. To help drive our growth we’re looking for agile, ambitious folks with a strong growth mindset to join our team as a Revenue Ops Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, the preference for this role is to be based in New York, however it is not a requirement.

As the Revenue Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Building the commercial connective tissue by creating processes, data flows and reporting to enable efficient operations within revenue teams and their areas of collaboration.
  • Analyzes data and provides relevant insights to commercial leaders to maximize revenue growth and help make data-driven decisions
  • Increases commercial productivity by simplifying processes and introducing efficiencies to enable commercial teams
  • Provide leadership the tools to know if the sales process is being followed, and uncover and quickly address any deviations
  • Enables a best-in-class sales forecast cadence. This will include everything from gathering data, improving predictive measures, running analyses and facilitating forecast calls
  • Program manager for sales enablement
  • Drives inter-team collaboration and process improvements
  • Brings strong analytical skills, business acumen and SaaS experience to support strategic initiatives
  • Knows how to build a best in class enterprise SaaS GTM tech stack
  • Develops structure to ensure Professional Services teams are efficiently and have process to collaborate with other commercial teams

Key outputs

  • Enterprise revenue and relevant efficiency metrics
  • Data driven insights to facilitate sales efficiencies, effectiveness and to accelerate revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain a standard set of reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly use that is organized, accurate, and accessible utilizing Clari, Seismic, Salesforce, Salesloft and other resources to create visibility and enable decision making
  • Ability to capture and report on data across entire enterprise sales funnel
  • Ability to capture and report on across multiple sales channel
  • Integration of technology stack across departments
  • Maintain data cleanliness across technology stack

Performance indicators

  • Enterprise revenue
  • Aggregated efficiency metrics
  • Ability to capture and report on data across entire enterprise funnel
  • Data captured and reported on across each channel
  • Comprehensive set of IC and manager level reports created to drive performance
  • Integration of tech stack across departments
  • User adoption of sales technology

Key Experience

  • 5+ years in data analyst role, with focus on creating visualization dashboard
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets
  • Working knowledge of statistics and various statistical analyses
  • Attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact

Key Knowledge

  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • Experience with any of the following tools a plus: Seismic, Clari, Hubspot and Salesloft
