Job Description
Job Responsibilities • Responsible for the sale of residential products, market growth, and business development • Develop and influence channel growth strategies with distributor customers to increase market share and improve customer relations • Train distributor’s Territory Managers on Carrier, Bryant & Payne residential HVAC products and marketing programs • Responsible for forecasting distributor programs, budgets, and sales • Engage, collaborate and coordinate with channel (manufacturer, distributor, dealer, builder, etc.) and cross-functionally with marketing, operations, pricing as required to successfully attain objectives. • Full accountability and ownership of distributor customers • Communicate, launch and lead factory sales and marketing programs with customers Experience/Qualifications • 5 years of field and HVAC channel sales experience and proven ability to meet demanding customer requirements • Thorough understanding of market place dynamics including industry trends and assessment of key competitors programs • Passion for servicing customers. Ability to listen to customer needs and quickly act to solve their problems, go above and beyond to exceed their expectations • Proven ability to execute with speed and exhibit a bias for action mindset • Ability to think outside the box, innovate, take risks, and implement progressive, sustainable solutions
• Strong ability to work in diverse, cross-functional project teams to achieve
