Full-Time Regional Enterprise Account Manager – UK & Northern Europe
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts through business-to-business sales of Dragos software licensing, appliances, and services to accounts
- Effectively engage sales resources: Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing, and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plans
- Use Salesforce effectively, responsible for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities
- Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies
- Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management
Requirements
- Extensive full cycle field sales experience selling cybersecurity solutions and products throughout the UK and Northern Europe (Nordics)
- C-Level relationship development, pursuit and management experience
- A proven sales background of consistent achievement with sales targets
- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrating technologies and service offerings
Compensation
- OTE: Approx. 300,000 GBP
- Compensation: Salary + Equity + Comprehensive Benefits + Pension
- Equity is communicated in USD and to minimize confusion, this will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter. Employees receive equity options that start vesting on their first day and will have an opportunity to earn additional equity.
