Are you a Recruitment Specialist who would love the opportunity to lead on staff recruitment for Hay’s OXBA Employer of the Year 2022?
The role will include shaping the direction and delivery of a comprehensive recruitment service to support the College in meeting key strategic and operational workforce objectives. This is a real opportunity to be innovative and bring your ideas to the table.
In addition, you will be expected to lead the administrative operations of the HR department to be efficient, legally compliant, timely, accurate, consistent and to provide outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of leading and delivering a highly effective recruitment service, using data to make decisions and to support the College Leadership Team in developing workforce plans and to support with retention. Process improvement is a key aspect of the role and therefore the successful candidate will have in depth knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and the ability to impact at every stage of this.
