The Role: Recruiting Coordinator / Office Manager (Contract)
The City: Los Altos, CA (Hybrid in office/remote)
The Money: $30 Per Hour DOE

The Day-to-Day:
- Craft, edit, and post strong job descriptions.
- Manage all open jobs and pipeline in Greenhouse.
- Communicate and interface with external recruiting agencies.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews and learn the ropes of Recruiting.
- Ensure a quick and efficient flow of updated jobs, resumes and interviews.
- Assist the HR team with special projects and organization.
- Lead a positive candidate experience ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Utilize recruiting tools and stay on trend with new platforms and tools to increase efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and background check entries.
