Full-Time Real Estate Lease Administration & Financial Support Manager
Job Description
The Real Estate Lease Administration & Financial Support Manager manages Port’s leasing administrative, collections, and risk management staff. By managing the team responsible for all aspects of the division’s administrative functions for leasing across the Port’s 550+ property agreements, this position is essential to the Port’s core function as the Trustee for Port property. Key administrative duties of the team include: management of the real estate portfolio management systems, financial tracking, and reporting (including preparing for lease audit reviews), lease and tenant file documentation and coordination, risk management analysis and compliance, and accounts receivable tracking and collections activities. This position also manages the division’s parking program, including work order relationships with SFMTA regarding meter operations and the division’s street performer program for Fisherman’s Wharf.
