Full-Time Radiologic Technologist
Job Description
Oregon State Hospital is seeking a radiologic technologist to provide radiology and EKG coverage to all patients and even to the employees who require chest radiography for their employment at the hospital. If you possess a valid Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist license issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging, then we want you to apply for this position!
What you will do!
You will provide basic radiographic images, as well as EKG!
You will provide statistical information as required for quality assurance program!
You will maintain system for filing radiographic reports and for disseminating reports to physicians!
You will position patients for xray, collaborate with our external PACs company to ensure accurate imaging for interpretation by consulting radiologists!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Certification as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry for Radiological Technologists
- A valid Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist license issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging at the time of appointment OR other authorization issued by the Board of Medical Imaging to practice diagnostic radiologic technology in the following categories: head, upper extremities, lower extremities, chest and ribs, abdomen and spine.
