We are looking for a talented Quality Engineer to join our team specializing in Quality for our New Power based in Talent, OR.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Leads the technical quality planning and ensures customer satisfaction through structured and measurable processes as defined by industry standard.
• Works closely with customers and suppliers
• Applies statistical tools and technique to influence decision making; leverages understanding of data collection methods, key statistics, graphical and analytical methods to describe process performance, gain insights and drive improvement action
• Coordinates the level of submission of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities and information related to the introduction of new or changed products and processes

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College/University degree required
• Knowledge of battery systems, or electrical knowledge is a plus
• 2+ years relevant work history

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
