DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a talented Purchasing Project Manager to join our team specializing in Technical Sourcing and Cost Management. This role is based in Medford, OR and is 50% remote.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Placing orders for Prototype parts for the engineering organization for existing New Product Programs and owning End to End Supply Chain Order processes from order placements to supplier payments, while assisting with problem solving for any hurdles in on time supplier payment or on time parts delivery
• Maintaining detailed tracker of all Purchase Orders at different stages from Quote stage to supplier payment completion stage, ensuring all notes are thorough, accurate, and entered in a timely fashion
• Leading multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals, designing project plans, developing timelines, identifying project milestones, and tracking performance against performance goals and timeline
• Performing Risk Management using quality tools to identify areas of risk while working with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives, solutions, and preventative measures
• Performing Data Analytics by interpreting information and leveraging analytical problem-solving tools and communicating meaningful patterns that drive business insights while assessing the quality of data as an initial step of the analysis

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors’ Degree
• Six Sigma certification and/or other related training and experience
• 5 years minimum of solid end to end supply chain management experience
• Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
