We are looking for a talented IT Project Manager to join our team specializing in Marketing and Sales for our Corporate Team in Columbus Indiana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Leading multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against performance goals and timeline.
• Plan and monitor project budget whilst conducting research and analysis; provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
• Managing project risk; using quality tools to identify areas of risk; works with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives or solutions.
• Identify, track and work with others to resolve project issues.
• Monitor and communicates project status to project team
• Maintaining project notes, databases, and other records; monitor measures and communicates with Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on status of specific projects and assignments.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be succesful in this role you will require the following skills:
• 3 + years IT project management experience including a very strong technology background to assess various products and technologies.
• Strong and proven schedule management skills including the ability to manage the project schedule using the recommended project management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
• Sales force experience or certification and understanding of marketing processes, latest digital marketing trends and tools with be advantageous
• Scope Management experience and the ability to effectively manage a list of project deliverables (scope) using the recommended project management tools and processes to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.
• Ability to communicate with both Product vendor and Cummins security teams along with capacity to present to the executive leadership the overall project status and roadmap
• Project Resource Management skills including Developing resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively.
• Thorough understanding of project issue, risk management, Data Privacy and legal terms in order to work with Cummins legal, ethics and compliance teams to ensure compliance at all times across various projects.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
• College, university, or equivalent degree required.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification advantageous.
• Salesforce certification highly desirable

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
