Full-Time Project Coordinator – Service (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator (Hybrid) to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business in Westminister, CO.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Work with advertising agencies on the development of a new website.

* Partner with Communications to develop and execute an internal and external communication plan.

* Support projects related to on-boarding and converting on-demand service vendors and independent contractors.

* Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for Cummins business leaders and employees.

* Serves as a resource on projects and work assignments; employs basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.

* Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.

* Monitors and communicates project status to project team.

* Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.

* Assists with managing project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk.

* Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other experiences to enhance the success of the project.

* Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

* College, university, or equivalent degree required.

* This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

* Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

* Minimum 2 Years using Project management tools effectively.

* Minimum 2 Years handling Project Issue and Risk Management process to identify risk.

* This is a Hybrid role.

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

Annual Compensation Range: $61,100 – $76,400 Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
