We seek a multi-skilled Project Coordinator to support the Enrollment, Student Services and Marketing departments.

This position’s primary focus is to manage students, provide customer service and assist with marketing efforts.
You’re an intuitive, skilled communicator, able to assist any department as needed and amplify our efforts to help students succeed.
This role will be directly supporting our Student Services, Enrollment and Marketing departments, responsible for student management, instructor organization, team scheduling, customer service emails and chat as well as blog and social media scheduling.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills who adores coaching and wants to make a difference in the lives of our students. You’ll be juggling priorities working with a variety of digital tools and learning new tools and skills quickly.

This role is full-time and work-from-home. In addition to working alongside our Enrollment and Student Services departments, you’ll also work closely with Marketing and Content.
We’re not your average company — we always make sure our team members have plenty of freedom and flexibility to live their best lives, recharge, and have fun (major perks of working as a remote team!)
The tasks required in this role typically fit into an 9am-6pm PT or ET schedule (we’re very flexible!) but would require about two hours on Sunday mornings for troubleshooting student and classroom issues.
Our dream Project Coordinator is open to finding their own rhythm and creating a schedule that serves their life while aligning with the guiding principle of “until the job is done.”
Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be handling scheduling, organizing students and instructors, posting and scheduling social content and inbound customer service emails and chats. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to this role!
This position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Our ideal candidate will take initiative, bring clarity and keep the trains running on time.
We’re looking for a kind, thoughtful, creative and organized self-starter to provide exceptional service to students, instructors and prospective students alike.
Some of your responsibilities will include…
- Student & Instructor Management: Scheduling, managing Cohort Facebook groups, Student Portal updates, creating and updating class materials and Powerpoints, Sunday morning student and instructor tech support
- Marketing Support: Social Media and blog assistance, creating graphics, responding to comments, scheduling posts, and maintain the content calendar
- Customer Service: Monitor and respond to incoming emails and chats and social media comments
- Project Management: Schedule meetings, prioritize and manage special projects, data entry and management
Skills and Abilities
- 3+ years administrative or marketing support experience, preferably either within a team dynamic or providing personal/executive C-Level support
- Insane attention to detail and high standards when it comes to quality
- Ability to work autonomously, self-motivate, be proactive, multi-task, and work in a collaborative environment
- Juggling multiple projects and to-do’s simultaneously is no problem — operate well under pressure, meet deadlines and keep promises
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, proofreading, and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with online project management tools
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) — a knack for offering and receiving constructive feedback and ensuring everyone is on the same page
- Passionate about helping people, helpful and friendly
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Gmail, Powerpoint, social media web platforms, and internet research
