Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Leader to coordinate the activities of two collaborating international product development teams for our HyLYZER scale up project.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Generation of the Product Development plan, aligning the overall program needs from conception through to final delivery – identifying and tracking against key milestones and project goals.
* Create and manage a work package including planning, tracking, and reporting of KPI’s, ensuring program adherence to challenging schedules and costs.
* Collaborate with multi- disciplined teams including; engineering, manufacturing, procurement, sales to ensure the success of the program.
* Risk Management for all deliverables, including effective mitigations and monitoring to reduction of risk.
* Ensure all phases of the program lifecycle are subject to Peer Reviews and Gate Reviews in accordance with the development plan and that problems and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
* Ensure all documentation, specifications and deliverables are completed in accordance with the program delivery milestones, including correct Design Certifications are achieved.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* A relevant Engineering degree is required.
* Substantial experience managing complex projects is essential.
* A construction management background would be an advantage.
* English language skills are essential. French and/ or German language skills would be extremely beneficial.
