This Program Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating activities and daily operations of digital health projects within the Innovation and Digital Health Accelerator Department’s portfolio.
  • Preparing or assisting in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors.
  • Conferring with staff and others to provide technical advice, provide problem solving assistance and answer questions about the program and its goals. Referring inquiries to others as needed.
  • Preparing or assisting in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
  • Reviewing program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.
  • Drafting written communication and promotional literature.
  • Assisting in planning workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinating logistics, scheduling and participant communications.
  • Interacting and maintaining liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Associate’s degree.  Bachelor’s Degree health science or public health, highly preferred.
  • One year of relevant experience.
  • The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
  • The ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.
  • The ability to be self-motivated and diligent about following through with tasks.

Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to organizational needs.
